Where can I receive my order?

You can receive your order at the address you provide as "shipping address" at the moment of your order. 

Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?

No, shipping address and billing address must be the same.

How is your Shipping Policy?

We use SDA courier for deliveries in Italy, from Monday through Friday. It is not possible to choose a date or time, so we invite you to give us an address where someone is always available during workdays. If the courier does not find anyone at the address you give, they will try a second time and then your order will be sent back to our stores.

Please fill the space for address exactly on the shipping form, writing street, number, city, CAP and your telephone number. If you choose payment on delivery (only Italy), there is an additional cost of 8 euros

For other countries outside Italy, we use DHL or UPS courier. 

How long does it take to receive the order?

Shipping time depends on the item’s availability. We send 80% of our orders within 2 days from receiving them. If the item you chose is available at our central store, you will receive it within 48-72 hours from your order. If the item is not available, Mangano will provide the item from other stores and time will slightly be delayed. Our customer service will inform you promptly via email or phone if there is any delay.

For delivery in one of our stores, your order will be available within 2-7 workdays.

Though Mangano cannot grant precision in shipping time previews, our orders are surely shipped within 30 days from your order confirmation. During clearance or other important events, times may slightly be delayed.

How much are your shipping costs?

If you choose to pick up your order at one of our stores, there are no shipping costs. Shipping costs vary depending on your geographic area.

Orders outside CEE may need an additional cost for customs taxes or local taxes, Gruppo Mangano invites you to check your local laws and taxes on package sto know the exact cost of your order.

May I track the order?

Yes. As soon as the courier takes your order, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation. SDA/DHL/UPS will give you a tracking number so you can track your order at every step or in case your address is wrong or the courier did not find anyone at the address you provided and your order is at their deposit.
